Do you just want to express your skills and play the game? Ever want to just try an nutmeg your opponent? Yes.... then Street Soccer is the right game for you!!!!!
Street football is a game that just like Futsal and Freestyling, helps to promote creativity and expressing yourself without the fear of failure, once you commit yourself towards playing with players who might be better or worse/stronger or weaker, it can really benefit your development.
Self-expression, Street football is a beautiful game that can be used to analyse your game and the different types of creativity that you are able to produce. It can also identify your strengths and your weaknesses, helping you know what you can and should work on, while increasing your passion for football.
If you look at kids right now, most are only playing about 5%-10% outside of a formal club. And that’s probably being optimistic. Club training is great and it’s needed. However, there’s a lot that no matter what a club does, cannot be replicated. And simply letting kids play on their own outside of the formal walls of a club is going to provide a lot of value.
Kids will develop more passion for the game, learn how to think for themselves, be more competitive, develop way more creativity, and will get tons more touches…
Street Soccer uses Small spaces to maximise touches, “soccer scenarios,” chances to score, chances to defend, 1v1’s and the list goes on and on and on.
Arsene Wenger said it best: The most competitive players come from playing Street Soccer.
Street football and five aside teaches you great ball control and dribbling. It makes you very comfortable on the ball as a player, which is a trait that even goal keepers and defenders need in today’s game to some extent. It also forces short passes and forces the ball to be played on the ground. Being comfortable on the ball allows players to learn the technical skills better (when they move on to a full sized pitch) and it makes them better all round footballers.
